GSA (Global Services & Advisory) was originally founded in 2002 (F.K.A. Knight Consulting Group), which was the primary company has been merged along with numerous other entities originating from the GSA brand into a new holding company known as GSA International Group Ltd. The company is owned by its management and employees. Its principal operations are in located in Tortola, BVI, Florida and New York.

GSA directly or indirectly employs over 200 people worldwide in some 10 offices in 3 countries.

Additionally, GSA has interests in various companies including , Arcis Resources Corporation (OTC ARCS), which owns; Arcis Energy, American Plant Services, Gulf Coast Energy Distribution, and Mobile Fluid Recovery, GSAI also owns: GSA Energy, LLC, GSA Capital, LLC, Government Services & Advisory, GSA Trading Ghana Ltd. In addition each of its subsidiaries has additional joint ventures and contracts with various suppliers, trading partners and financial entities.
