GSA International is a holding company which was created specifically to unify, under one operation the GSA brand and its assets. The company is privately held by its principals, members and employees and investors. GSA International has four principal business groups which are:

These business groups are each comprised separate divisions, through which operations are conducted.

These divisions and departments are responsible for managing the production, marketing, sourcing, hedging, logistics and industrial investment activities relating to the products or services within the respective departments worldwide.

The senior managers of each division are an integral part of our group
corporate management and report back to the executive officers and the Board of Directors of the holding company.
