GSA holds assets in commodity trading, supply, logistical and environmental services companies. This allows GSA to supply a wide range of commodities and financial instruments to industrial and financial consumers globally. GSA’s role is to be an asset to the companies that it acquires and invests in helping increase businesses in the segments of the market which its assets serves and to support these businesses as they expand and develop. GSA’s holdings are a source of physical commodities which originate either from GSA directly or indirectly owned assets, or are secured by third parties.
Global Private Equity Investments & Advisory Services
GSA International serves as both an advisor to and an investor in its clients. GSA’s role is to act as lead sponsor in "cash flow generating" management-led buyouts, strategic equity investments, equity private placements, consolidations and buildups, along with growth capital financings throughout the asset class categories.
GSA International Group Ltd works aggressively with higher quality senior secured debt, distressed debt and different forms of credit- related investments for corporations wanting to make an acquisition or otherwise but can’t access the "Capital Markets" along with the traditional buyouts, recapitalizations, reverses, growth and acquisition capital financings.
